Rachel Steward

Is a postdoctoral researcher at RIKEN Center for Biosystems Dynamics Research in Kobe, Japan where she studies how interactions between actin and adherens junctions mechanically modulates the extent of epithelial folding in the early Drosophila embryo. She obtained her PhD in Cell Biology at Yale University.
